Jonathan Ames

I've led B2B marketing teams for 14 years in tech, medical, and SaaS. I hosted a podcast for the first time in 2019 and made all the mistakes that everyone makes. It took me 5 years to really refine B2B podcasting into a full-funnel engine.

It's really about creating high-value conversations and win/win situations. Podcasts are by nature, authentically human. This is especially important in a world where less and less content feels authentic and human.

Being a good podcast host is as much about helping guests feel comfortable, as it is about interviewing skills. When a guest knows you're there to make them look good, sound good, and you add synergistic energy to the conversation then you get great results.

I'm not in this business to become the next billion dollar agency. I'm in it because I love meeting with smart and accomplished people with real world experiences in their field of expertise. I love creating high-value conversations that reward the guests, the listeners, and the brands that sponsor them.
